DAY 1 | Sunday – Depart for Serbia

Start your Balkan adventure as you depart for Serbia. Relax and prepare for 12 days filled with historic cities, scenic landscapes, and cultural treasures.


DAY 2 | Monday – Arrive in Belgrade

Arrive in Belgrade, Serbia’s dynamic capital. Transfer to your hotel and unwind. Begin your journey with an orientation meeting at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner.

DAY 3 | Tuesday – Belgrade City Tour

Explore the historic heart of Belgrade:

  • Kalemegdan Fortress, overlooking the Sava and Danube rivers

  • Slavija & Republic Squares

  • Saint Sava Temple, one of the world’s largest Orthodox churches

DAY 4 | Wednesday – Wine Tasting en Route to Zagreb

DAY 5 | Thursday – Zagreb City Tour & Optional Croatian Countryside

Discover Zagreb’s Upper Town:

  • Kaptol Square

  • Zagreb Cathedral with soaring twin spires

  • St. Mark’s Square and Parliament building

  • Jesuit Church of St. Catherine

  • Ban Jelacic Square, central hub for exploration

DAY 6 | Friday – Travel to Ljubljana & Bled

Cross into Slovenia and tour Ljubljana:

  • Slovenian Parliament

DAY 7 | Saturday – Bled Castle & Optional Lake Bled/Bohinj

Tour Bled Castle, perched on a cliff with panoramic lake views. Explore the museum and castle grounds.

Optional: Lake Bled & Lake Bohinj tour – row to Bled Island, visit the old church, then continue to Bohinj, surrounded by forests and mountains.

Optional evening: Radovljica & Gingerbread Museum with traditional dinner, learning the art of Lectarstvo and enjoying local cuisine with live entertainment.

DAY 8 | Sunday – Scenic Drive to Plitvice Lakes

Journey through scenic landscapes to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore 16 interconnected lakes, waterfalls, and lush forests. Dinner and overnight in Plitvice.
Note: Comfortable walking shoes recommended.

DAY 9 | Monday – Split City Tour

Travel south along the Adriatic to Split, a UNESCO-protected seaside town. Walking tour of Old Town and Diocletian’s Palace, the largest and best-preserved Roman palace on the Adriatic.

  • Temple of Jupiter, guarded by a headless black sphinx

Evening at leisure along the waterfront promenade or hotel dinner.

DAY 10 | Tuesday – Dubrovnik City Tour

Drive along the Dalmatian coast to Dubrovnik, stopping at Ston to view its historic saltworks and taste Pelješac wines at a family-run winery. Tour Old Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site:

  • Sponza Palace

  • Dominican & Franciscan Monasteries, including the 14th-century pharmacy

DAY 11 | Wednesday – Full Day in Dubrovnik & Optional Silk Wonder

Full day at leisure in Dubrovnik or join the Silk Wonder & Old Mills Tour:

  • Ðivanovic Mill, witnessing flour production and wool processing
