📅 Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Tinghir

Your 3-day Sahara desert tour begins with an early morning pickup (around 7:00 AM) from your riad or hotel in Marrakesh.

Drive through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260 m). Enjoy panoramic views, winding roads, and authentic Berber villages along the way.

Continue to the legendary fortified village of Aït Benhaddou, a UNESCO-listed ksar and one of Morocco’s most iconic landmarks. Explore its ancient mud-brick kasbahs and learn about its fascinating history as a filming location for international movies.

After lunch in Ait Benhaddou, head toward Ouarzazate, known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” Brief stop for photos and refreshments.

Journey continues through the scenic Rose Valley and Dades Valley before reaching Tinghir.
