6 Days 5 Nights Istanbul & Cappadocia Tour By Plane

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN ISTANBUL

Welcome to Turkey!

Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), you will be met by our professional team and transferred to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or explore the city at your own pace.

DAY 2 – ISTANBUL OLD CITY TOUR

After breakfast, begin a guided half-day tour exploring the heart of historic Istanbul.

• Hippodrome of Constantinople – once the center of Byzantine social and political life, featuring the Obelisk of Theodosius and other ancient monuments

• Hagia Sophia – a masterpiece of world architecture, serving as a cathedral, mosque, and now a symbol of Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage

• Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Mosque) – famous for its six minarets and stunning blue İznik tiles

After the tour, enjoy free time at leisure.

Optional Visit:
You may choose to visit Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, showcasing imperial courtyards, sacred relics, and breathtaking views of the Bosphorus.

Overnight in Istanbul

DAY 3 – SPICE BAZAAR & BOSPHORUS CRUISE – FLIGHT TO CAPPADOCIA

In the afternoon, visit the vibrant Egyptian Spice Bazaar, one of Istanbul’s most colorful and aromatic markets.

Later, enjoy a scenic Bosphorus Cruise, sailing between Europe and Asia. Admire Istanbul’s stunning skyline and famous landmarks such as Dolmabahçe Palace and Beylerbeyi Palace from the water.

In the evening, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 4 – RED CAPPADOCIA TOUR (FULL DAY)

After breakfast, begin a full-day guided tour of Cappadocia’s most famous sites:

• Göreme Panorama – breathtaking views over Göreme village and cave houses

• Göreme Open-Air Museum (UNESCO) – rock-cut churches and monasteries decorated with 10th–13th century frescoes

• Paşabağ (Monks Valley) – iconic multi-stem fairy chimneys and hermit caves

• Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley) – unique rock formations shaped like animals and figures

• Uçhisar Castle – the highest point in Cappadocia, offering panoramic valley views

• Pigeon Valley – ancient pigeon houses carved into cliffs

• Avanos – famous for its pottery tradition dating back to the Hittite era

Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Evening at leisure.

DAY 5 – GREEN CAPPADOCIA TOUR & RETURN TO ISTANBUL

• Rose Valley (Kızılçukur) – scenic landscapes with pink-hued rock formations

• Çavuşin Village – one of the oldest settlements with ancient cave houses

• Love Valley – famous for its unique fairy chimney formations

• Kaymaklı or Özkonak Underground City – a fascinating subterranean settlement used by early civilizations

• Pigeon Valley – panoramic viewpoints and photo stops

After the tour, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul. Upon arrival, meet our team and transfer to your hotel.
