A breathtaking 6.5-hour drive awaits, following the stunning Kura River through some of Turkey’s most pristine landscapes toward Kars. The highlight of the day is a delicious stop at the village of Boğatepe, the heart of Turkish dairy country. Here, we indulge in a specialized cheese tasting, sampling world-renowned local varieties like Gravyer and Kasar. Conclude with a traditional home-cooked dinner before arriving in Kars.

The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the magnificent İshak Paşa Sarayı (Ishak Pasha Palace). This semi-ruined masterpiece of Ottoman architecture offers a stunning view overlooking the plains with Mount Ararat as its backdrop. Spend the evening in Doğubayazıt, engaging with local life.
